BioName (of character): Celia Lorena Xiu (Chang) (The reason she writes it this way is because her mother, Clara, a tyrant, demands her daughters being brought up English wise.
House: Ravenclaw
Year: 6th going on 7th
Appearance: almond shaped eyes, long raven hair, curvless frame, a pretty, round face, high cheekbones and usually a quizzical look on her face. Considered roughly cute, but different from her future daughter, Cho.
Personality: Her personality is an eager learner, a hard worker, a questioning person and doesn't always see boundaries, but she's nice enough. Somewhat tactless and can't keep a secret for anything without spelling out bits of the secret if not the whole thing. She's got a little group of friends and is constantly lusting after Qiao Chang. Boy crazed teenager, like they all are.
Celia is very interested in the arts, as she wants to either be a famous author or journalist.
She dislikes Quidditch greatly, though can’t help but watch when Qiao plays.
Celia is headstrong, though, so often fights with her over controlling mother, but right after feels bad after fighting.
History: Celia is a half-Chinese girl; her father moved to England to work as a representative for the Chinese Ministry and met her mother, Clara Oberhelman, who worked in the Money Exchange department in the English Ministry. Celia has a twin who’s also in Ravenclaw, Carla. On her mother’s side of the family, the Oberhelmans, have a tradition for naming all the girls in the bloodline’s names starting ‘C’. Hence the “Cho” and “Celia” and so on. Her mother is rather petty and hates when Celia or Carla does anything different that Clara does.
